Lisa started her career in production management moving rapidly into the Line Producer position.  Right away, she was tasked with producing several series simultaneously with segments being shot all over the planet, all at the same time.  Lisa’s ability to manage hundreds of moving parts on multiple projects quickly earned her the reputation for being the rare voice of calm efficiency in the face of extreme chaos. 

Part of Lisa’s success was the ability to calmly and systematically deal with dozens of producer’s needs but in combination she also knew just the right teams that needed to be assembled to get the jobs done well… on time and on budget. 

Lisa’s ability to find creative production solutions and assembling the right teams became more and more focused as she transitioned from production management into senior supervising positions.  While in these creative positions, Lisa garnered several Emmy and Producer’s Guild nominations.  

For the last several years, Lisa has been in demand to run series for both production companies and networks.  As an Executive Producer & Showrunner, she has worked on some of television's most forward thinking, innovative and successful projects and as a Network consultant, her experience has bridged the gap between the creative minds and the corporate needs. Lisa has recently created several of her own projects that are in development right now. It’s a rarity to find a producer who has one foot planted in the business and the other constantly stepping into the creative unknown.
